There has also been a growing interest of NRIs in the luxury vacation segment. Having travelled the world, the NRIs are keen to invest in real estate in India and want their homes to mirror their current lifestyle.

Many luxury travellers are opting for private villas over hotels, seeking out luxury villas and homes with their own amenities to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
